Hi, i'm Paige a 22 year old former Ford model turned store owner. I did it all, I got measured in a bathing suit in front of a crowded room, walked the runways, did catalogs, editorials, bridal shows, castings.. you name it I did it. Working as a model through high school teaches you things early, and makes you live a different life then others your own age. From a little girl I had always loved fashion, so when the opportunity came up to sign with Ford models I had to take it, I did.. and it was a blast for the first year, but the novelty soon wears off. Going to castings 5 times a week and shoots the others days and trying to have a social life was not easy to juggle. So my senior year of high school came and went, my friends were all getting ready to leave for college and I wast lost. On a trip to California with my mom we did our normal boutique shopping which gave her an idea.

My mom told me to open and online boutique, thinking she was crazy I put it of my mind for awhile. Low and behold two weeks later I was designing layouts and ordering Clothes. 1 Happy Girl was born, instead of going away to school I again stuck to working, this time on my website and at a bridal boutique a few towns over. From there everything went fast, meeting with my mom and her friend for dinner a few months later they bombarded me with the idea of opening up an actual boutique. Disagreeing and calling them crazy I left with a nuts idea in my head.. I'm 19 how can I open up a store..
Four weeks later 1 Happy Girl Boutique officially opened and since then I have opened a second location in Michigan and started styling for modeling photo shoots (go figure).

So this is my place to document, share stories & experiences, products and every little thing in between. Hold on tight because sometimes life is a Crazy ride.
